Introduction

Manpreet Singh Ayali started his political career as President Co-operative Society, Ayali Khurd. Later on he got elected as Sarpanch from his native village. In the meantime, he became a member of Zilla Parishad, Ludhiana. In the year 2008 he was unanimously elected as Chairman of Zila Parishad. In March 2012, he was elected as the MLA of Dakha constituency in the assembly elections. In the year 2019, he won the by election for Dakha and became the MLA of Dakha second time. On April 24, 2013, he was honored with the Best Zila Parishad National Award by Union Minister of India Jai ​​Ram Ramesh. Since childhood, Manpreet Singh Ayali has taken a keen interest in farming and till now he is actively engaged in farming.
