Introduction
Manpreet Singh Ayali started his political career as President Co-operative Society, Ayali Khurd. Later on he got elected as Sarpanch from his native village. In the meantime, he became a member of Zilla Parishad, Ludhiana. In the year 2008 he was unanimously elected as Chairman of Zila Parishad. In March 2012, he was elected as the MLA of Dakha constituency in the assembly elections. In the year 2019, he won the by election for Dakha and became the MLA of Dakha second time. On April 24, 2013, he was honored with the Best Zila Parishad National Award by Union Minister of India Jai Ram Ramesh. Since childhood, Manpreet Singh Ayali has taken a keen interest in farming and till now he is actively engaged in farming.

The Development of Dakha has always been on top priority of Manpreet Singh Ayali. Under his leadership, Dakha has seen development in various fields like the construction of 70 Hi-Tech Sports parks in his constituency, RO systems in 65 Villages. He has initiated and completed various projects like Renovation of Ponds and Water Treatment Plants, Repairing of hundreds of Roads of hundreds of Kilometers. Manpreet Singh Ayali has always motivated the youth population of his area to indulge in Sports activities by completing the projects related to the construction of VolleyBall Grounds, FootBall Grounds, and grounds of various other sports
