The Development of Dakha has always been the top priority of Manpreet Singh Ayali. Under his leadership, Dakha has seen development in various fields like the construction of 70 Hi-Tech Sports parks in his constituency, RO systems in 65 Villages. He has initiated and completed various projects like the Renovation of Ponds and Water Treatment Plants, Repairing of hundreds of Roads of hundreds of Kilometers. Manpreet Singh Ayali has always motivated the youth population of his area to indulge in Sports activities by completing the projects related to the construction of VolleyBall Grounds, FootBall Grounds, and grounds of various other sports. He believes that people’s hard-earned money paid to the government in the form of taxes must be spent for the growth of his area.
List of Development Projects in Constituency Dakha:–
Shaheed Nirmaljit Singh Sekhon Memorial Road was constructed at a cost of Rs. 17 crore.
In Halqa Dakha, 85 km of roads are 10 to 18 feet wide at a cost of Rs. 50 crore.
A new Dana-Mandi was constructed on 37 acres of land in Mullanpur city at a cost of Rs. 24 crores.
A sewerage and water treatment plant were set up in Mullanpur city at a cost of Rs. 14 crores.
To change the face of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha’s Jodi village under constituency Dakha at a cost of Rs. 4 crores. On November 16, the Punjab government declared a holiday in homage to this great martyr.
Motor connections were provided to 465 farming families of constituency Dakha.
Modern outdoor and indoor gyms were set up in the villages for the youth of constituency Dakha.
A memorial at a cost of millions of rupees was erected at the historic village of Aliwal in memory of 10,000 Sikh warriors who were martyred in the great war between the British and the Sikhs in 1846.
Mullanpur-Raikot Roll Railway Over Bridge was constructed at a cost of Rs. 18 crores in Mullanpur city.
In recognition of the development work done by Manpreet Singh Ayali, he was awarded the “National Award – Best Chairman Zila Parishad Ludhiana” by the Government of India in 2013 in the presence of the Prime Minister.

Manpreet Singh Ayali has initiated and completed the project of 66 KV Grid in Villages Bhundri, and Pabbian of his constituency Dakha.
Dr. BR Ambedkar Bhawan Dakha
Manpreet Singh Ayali constructed Dr. BR Ambedkar Bhawan in his constituency Dakha where poor and needy families can free their children’s weddings and other functions free of cost which has relieved everyone from the cost of expensive marriage palaces.
